Protecting Your Privacy

All orders placed here are transacted in a secure, encrypted environment. When you begin the credit card phase of your order, look for the URL at the top of your screen to change from "http" to "https" ("s" = secure). You can buy with confidence. 

We will use your email address to send you information directly relating to your order (such as an email confirmation of your order or a reply concerning a question you may have).

 Online Store Policies:

1. We have a secure online store for your ordering convenience that accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Orders are shipped once credit is approved. Your credit card statement will show charges from, The Opportunity Thinker.

2. You will receive order confirmation and your purchase receipt via email. A detailed packing slip will accompany your order describing the items purchased.
   

3. We ship via UPS and USPS. All international orders are shipped via UPS.
   

4. Orders shipped to other countries: GST, PST, VAT, and/or Duty may be due on your purchase. This is out of our control. You must make arrangements to be able to pay any additional fees due upon delivery. All international orders that are returned for non delivery will incur a $35.00 handling charge plus a 25% restocking fee with a minimum restocking fee of $12.50. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
   

5. Once your order is placed you can expect to receive it within 14 days. International orders may take longer depending upon customs clearance at your border.

6. Orders that are shipped to the state of California will be charged sales tax.
   

Replacement and Return Policy

We will gladly replace any product that is received damaged. Each item received damaged must be returned in its original packaging in unused condition within 14 days of receipt.

We do not refund payment or grant credits for products returned for any other reason. Our products are accurately described on our site. Our prices are very reasonable. Our prices would be much higher if we had to include the cost of processing refunds. All sales are, therefore, final. Thank you for understanding.

The Opportunity Thinker reserves the right to cancel any workshop at its sole discretion, whereupon all registration fees will be refunded. The Opportunity Thinker will not be responsible for airfare penalties or other costs incurred due to a cancellation. Book your travel once you know the workshop is confirmed.

Cancellation Policy for Public Courses
Cancellations received within 14 days of the training course will receive no refund. You may substitute another attendee at an additional fee of $250.

Cancellations received more than 14 days before the training course are subject to a 10% service charge, plus the cost of any completed pre-work. You may substitute another attendee at an additional fee of $250.

Transfer / Change Policy for Public Courses
Transfers to another training date or changes made to an existing seminar registration received within 14 days of the public training course are subject to a $250.00 service charge. 

Public Course No Shows
If you fail to show up for a course without canceling/transferring before hand, you will not receive a refund. 

Train-the-Trainer Certification Cancellation Policy 

Cancellation Policy for Certification Courses
Cancellations received within 14 days of the certification course will receive no refund. You may substitute another attendee at an additional fee of $250. The Opportunity Thinker must approve this replacement prior to training.

Cancellations received more than 14 days before the certification are subject to a 15% service charge, plus the cost of any completed pre-work. You may substitute another attendee at an additional fee of $250.

Transfer Policy for Certification Courses
Transfers to another date received within 14 days of the certification are subject to a $300.00 service charge.

Certification No Shows
If you fail to show up for a certification without canceling/transferring before hand, you will not receive a refund.
